VARNIKA SAREES - Return & Exchange Policy

At VARNIKA SAREES, we are committed to delivering pristine, handpicked sarees directly from our weavers to your wardrobe. To maintain the highest quality and hygiene standards for all our customers, we enforce a strict No Return, No Exchange policy on all purchases. All sales are final.

Exception: Damaged Products

We meticulously inspect every saree before it leaves our facility. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product directly from our end, we will facilitate a return, subject strictly to the following condition:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof: To claim a return for a damaged item, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video.

  • Video Guidelines: The video must start by clearly showing the original, unopened package from all sides, including the shipping label. It must then show the actual opening of the package and clearly highlight the damage on the saree in a single, uninterrupted take.

  • Reporting Time frame: Damage claims, along with the unboxing video, must be submitted to our customer care team at [varnikasareesindia@gmail.com]  within 24 hours of the delivery.

Please Note: Claims submitted without a valid, continuous unboxing video, or claims made after the 24-hour window, will strictly not be entertained.

The Handloom Disclaimer

Please be aware that many of our sarees are authentic handlooms. Minor color variations due to photography lighting, slight irregularities in the weave, or small knots are inherent to the traditional hand-weaving process. These are not considered manufacturing defects or damages, but rather the unique, beautiful signatures of handcrafted textiles, and therefore do not qualify for a return.

Refund Process for Valid Claims

Once your unboxing video is reviewed and the damage is verified by our team, we will provide you with return instructions. Upon receiving the damaged item back at our facility in its original folding with tags attached, a full refund or a replacement (subject to availability) will be processed promptly.
